Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Huxbaby garment tags and protective bags are included.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
