What sizes do Huxbaby garments come in?
Our collections are designed for babies and children, typically ranging from size 0000 (newborn) up to size 8. Please refer to our detailed size guide on each product page to ensure the perfect fit for your little one.
How should I care for my organic cotton pieces?
To maintain the quality and softness of our organic cotton, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash with similar colors. Turn garments inside out before washing and line dry in the shade to prevent fading.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and hair accessories cannot be returned.
Are your clothes ethically produced?
Sustainability and ethics are at the heart of Huxbaby. Over 70% of our range is made from GOTS certified organic cotton or cotton blends, and we work closely with manufacturers who ensure fair working conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly by our warehouse team. Please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.
